Ruth Bailey – Naturopathic Nutritionist

Ruth Bailey

Hello and thank you for landing here! 🙂 I am Ruth, a Naturopathic Nutritionist serving Abergavenny and Hereford with face to face appointments and everywhere else with online consultations.

I am registered with BANT and CNHC and meet the professional standards required by these agencies.

I provide 1:1 Nutrition and Natural Health consultations followed up with ongoing support within my programmes, Personalised Treatment Plans, Custom-made Meal planners with full colour pdf Recipe E-Books, and Information Packs full of relevant educational materials around your individual needs.

My areas of specialism are in Digestive Health, the Gut, Hormones and Skin Health. This is inclusive of Autoimmune diseases and Endocrine Disorders – Hypothyroidism, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Coeliac, Adrenal Fatigue, Diabetes, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. I also work commonly with Eczema and Psoriasis and chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Sciatica and Migraines.

My ethos is that nature is a powerful healer and the closer we get to our source energy the more well we feel.

I promote a complete holistic approach in the way I work looking at the fundamental pillars of health and not just diet and nutrition although that forms a large part of it. I use elements of plant medicine and Medicinal mushrooms, Naturopathy, whole organic nutrition, looking also at sleep, stress management, connection and community, finding out what makes you feel like the best version of yourself and at your happiest. The well-rounded Holistic approach is what gets greater results quicker and brings about longer lasting change.

My way of working will resonate with those who have been allured by the idea of Natural Health for some time and they are ready to explore it, they are open to the idea of addressing the stress in their lives, looking at ways to cleanse from toxins and become more in tune with their bodies understanding much better how to read the signs their body is telling them.

Health Coaching

Treatment Plans and one-off appointments are not always effective for everyone – Some people find that they benefit from regular contact, coaching, accountability and motivation. It can often be hard to implement the changes outlined on a treatment plan especially if part of what we are seeking help for includes low energy and tiredness. If clients go on to commit to programmes of support they receive two to three Health Coaching calls depending on which programme of support they sign up for. You also benefit from additional Meal Planning support. The programmes do need to be paid for upfront to qualify for this offer and it is only applicable for programmes. Terms and conditions apply.

Committing to programmes of support can bring about better results and longer-lasting change. It is an investment in your health and you will have a Health Coach to keep you motivated and accountable for the results you want to see.
